The Location

The Villa is located in Halkidiki, Sithonia, Neos Marmaras in the area Tripotamos, 100 km (1,5 hour drive) from the Airport MAKEDONIA (SKG) of Thessaloniki, 5 km from the famous grand resort of Porto Carras. In 3 km there is the cosmopolitan coastal village of Neos Marmaras with developed infrastructure (supermarkets, banks, ATM machines for direct transactions, post office, pay phones, police station, pharmacies, medical services, doctors, dentists, internet-cafes, taverns, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, clubs, car-rentals, buses, taxis, hair salons, folk art stores, etc).
